Half Birthday????
When is your Half Birthday?!
Mine is coming up, August 21st! So soon!
DH gave me those "romance coupons" (or "love coupons") whatever they are called...
anyway, and i just took out teh one that entitles me to gifts and a cake for my half birthday!
He better get to shopping!

Dec 6-we always celebrated half birthdays in my house. you got half of an invitation. half of a cake. sing the b-day song half way. We were a corny easily amused bunch.
my mother always baked a cake and decorated for our cabbage patch kids b-days as well.

I don't really have a "half birthday" because my birthday is Dec. 31st and there is no JUNE 31st 
I always got jipped for school parties.. my real birthday was over holiday break, and my 1/2 birthday was after school was out for the summer
My poor youth
NOW I dont really even give it much thought, I'm too old to care

I don't celebrate my 1/2 bday but it would be June 29th
Felicia I am with you on the school break thing
It was good and bad at the same time!! at least I got to stay home every year 
And when I was younger my mom would talk my teachers into letting me have a little class party mixed in with the holiday party that year!

Its 6 months after your birthddate
I.e., if your birthday is May 5th, your 1/2 birthday is November 5th..
