Halle Berry’s ex David Justice slams actress in Twitter rant, claims she was abused by former boyfriend ‘WS’

David Justice is out for justice in regards to his treatment by ex-wife Halle Berry.

With Berry heading to divorce court for the third time after she and Olivier Martinez split last week, her first husband took to Twitter on Monday night to slam the star for villifying her exes.

“Me, (second husband Eric Benet), (boyfriend) Gabriel Aubry and Olivier were all her ‘Knight in Shining Armor’ until it ends,” the former MLB star tweeted.

“Then we all become the worst guys in history.”

Justice alleged that Berry's mistreatment included not helping to debunk rumors that he had abused her during their five-year marriage, which ended in 1997.

The “Extant” star had previously stated that a famous ex-boyfriend punched her in the ear, resulting in partial deafness.

In his series of tweets, Justice denied that he was the one who harmed the star and seemingly pointed the finger at Wesley Snipes, who dated Berry in the early '90s.
“Reading the latest Halle Berry Reports, it wasn't me who hit Halle causing the ear damage. Halle has never said that I hit her,” he tweeted.

“It was a former Hollywood boyfriend (WS) that she told me! #getyourfactsright.”

Justice then alleged that when Berry first went public about having “been in abusive relationships,” Berry wouldn’t “name the ‘famous’ former boyfriend (WS).”

But after he and the actress split, Justice claimed “she was mad at me leaving the relationship so she and her Hollywood Team just tried to destroy my character.”

"It had to be my fault right?" he added.
The 49-year-old then issued a direct warning to Martinez about divorcing Berry, with whom he has a 2-year-old son.

“Just wait,Olivier..It's coming! She insinuated that her daughter wasn't safe around Gabriel..look it up and see the reason!” he wrote, citing the star’s contentious legal battle with ex-boyfriend Aubry over custody of their 7-year-old daughter Nahla.

"It just makes me mad to still see the same lie being perpetuated about the source of her abuse being me. Never happened!#formerboyfriend," he ended his rant.

Berry and Martinez announced last week that they were divorcing after two years of marriage, with each filing competing divorce documents.

A rep for Berry did not immediately respond to requests for comment about Justice’s allegations.

And in an exclusive interview with Daily Mail Online he explains why he felt compelled to speak up.
'I had to say something after reading about Halle's recent marriage,' he said.
'So many years ago, I didn't say anything about the accusations that I abused her, but now I have three children, ages, 15, 13 and 11, two boys and one girl, and they can read this stuff and they have friends who will read it as well so I had to finally come out and say once and for all I never hit Halle Berry.
'Back then it didn't matter, but it's different now,' he tells Daily Mail Online. 'Halle never said I hit her but she never said I didn't either, which was disappointing.
'Let me tell you something, I was raised by a single mother and I love and respect her dearly, I would never hit a woman. Never. So, now I have said all that I am going to say on the subject,
'I am not the face of Halle Berry's exes, I won't be going on TV to talk about this. I just wanted to make sure my wife, my children and the rest of my family, friends and fans know the truth.

But one more thing...people in Hollywood knew the truth then but no one spoke up on my behalf. Again, disappointing, but that was 20 years ago and I won't be doing anymore tweeting on the subject. I have said what I needed to say so now, I'm done.'
Justice began:
'Reading the latest Halle Berry Reports, it wasn't me who hit Halle causing the ear damage. Halle has never said that I hit her.'
A minute later he tweeted:
'It was a former Hollywood boyfriend (WS) that she told me!'.
At 6:44 p.m. Justice added:
'When she first reported that she had been in abusive relationships, she wouldn't name the 'famous' former boyfriend (WS)...'.
At 6:46 p.m. he threw this accusation at his ex:
'She was mad at me leaving the relationship so she and her Hollywood Team just tried to destroy my character. It had to be my fault, right?'.
Minutes later - Justice insinuated Halle is to blame for all of her love troubles:
'Yup...Me, Eric, Gabriel and Oliver were all her 'Knight in Shinging Armor, until it ends. Then we all become the worst guys in history.'
At 6:52 p.m.:
'Only the guys in the relationship with Halle know the real deal...there will be another, of course. He'll be called 'The Best' until it ends.'
The two minutes later - a bold warning to her soon to be third ex-husband:
'Just wait, Oliver...It's coming! She insinuated that her daughter wasn't safe around Gabriel...look it up and see the reason! Just wrong. smh'.

Justice ended outburst saying:
'It just makes me mad to still see the same lie being perpetuated about the source of her abuse being me. Never happened!'
in 1996, Justice told People Magazine that the relationship wasn't what he bargained for saying, 'she wasn't the same person I was with before we got married.'
He went on to say his wife got mad when he watched ESPN and accused him of cheating whenever she saw a picture of him with a woman who might be standing next to him.
He added that Berry carried a lot of baggage from her previous relationships and always suspicious. 'I've never known a girl who could throw a tantrum like she does.'
Berry publicly admitted that she attempted suicide after her marriage to Justice fell a part.

Berry has never mentioned the abuser by name but says it was 'someone well known in Hollywood.'
Rumors that the person is Wesley Snipes, were swiftly denied by the actor.
On January 1, 1993 - Berry married Justice. They divorced four years later.
He remarried in 2001 and shares two children with his wife Rebecca Villalobos.
In 2001 after a two-year courtship, Berry tied the knot with R&B singer Eric Benet but divorced four years later after a turbulent time with Benet cheating and entering a facility for sex addiction in 2002.
Four years later, she met and began dating French Canadian model, Gabriel Aubry.
Berry and Aubry have a child together but never married.
The couple has been involved in a high profile custody battle over their daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, 7, primarily because Berry wanted to move to France with her then current love Olivier Martinez, from Los Angeles to France.
Berry and Martinez married in France on July 13, 2013 and their son, Maceo Robert Martinez was born three months later, on October 5.
But their Hollywood romance came to a turbulent end.

In a joint statement, Halle and Martinez said: 'It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce.
'We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son.
'We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period.'
The marriage had reportedly hit a breaking point - they had been fighting over Martinez's January incident at LAX, where he hit airport employee Ronaldo Owens with a car seat, pushing him to the ground.
Halle and their son were also there.
A $5 million lawsuit was filed mid-October against Halle and Olivier for the attack.

She's been a nutcase for years - she is one actress that I just can't watch in any movies because I feel like she is such a general douchebaggy lunatic offscreen.

I feel bad for her daughter. At least any men that she dates can get away from her.

I dont blame him at all... do you know how people look at him for thinking he beat a woman? How that must have affected his personal and professional life? And he has the opportunity no matter how many years later to possibly clear his reputation? To say see it truly wasnt me. I tried to explain my side but no one wants to give me the benefit of the doubt...

Just recently, DH said something about David Justice (as an athlete) and I said "Oh wasn't that the guy who was married to Halle Berry and he is used to beat her?" I"m pretty sure he was a baseball player but other than that, I know nothing about him other than "he used to beat Halle Berry."

That being said, I get why he feels the need to try to vindicate himself. I actually feel bad for the guy. I mean, I'm sure he was no angel, but if the allegations are untrue, that would really suck to go through life with people thinking of you as a wife beater.

I gave up on her when she went on Oprah crying about Eric Benet having an "illness". That illness being sex addiction.
