Halloween costume ideas for people who don't really want to dress up?
I need some costume ideas for people who don't really like getting dressed up.
DH and I were invited to costume party and he is totally not into dressing up so it needs to be really low key costumes for us.
Any ideas?

He could keep it simple with these:
My DH is the same way, he isn't interested in dressing up and would be annoyed if he had to.

A few years back we went to a "murder mystery" dinner party, and his costume was the EASIEST thing - his "character" was a farmhand -- so just jeans, a leather vest (which he already owned - you could get a pleather or suede one??) - with a plaid shirt and cowboy hat. I think i spent $3.99 on a bandana to roll around his neck

When I was in 7th greade my sister who was in 1st grade wanted to go trick-or-treating. It was POURING. My mom said I had to take her. I fought it. She put an orange poncho on me and told me I was a crossing guard.

If DH is a football fan buy a referee shirt for yourself. I saw one on buycostumes.com for $28.00 or I'm sure any costume store has one and have your DH wear his favorite Jersey.

Re: Halloween costume ideas for people who don't really want to dress up?
I would get headbands of either cat ears, bumble bee antennas, bunny ears, mouse ears...dress all in black and do some cute simple makeup like using eye liner for wiskers for cat/mouse...for DH I would get him to wear all sports attire like his Giants jersey and hat and go as a Giants fan, Yankee fan etc..if he will consider wearing a hat get a cowboy hat, flannel shirt and blue jeans.

Re: Halloween costume ideas for people who don't really want to dress up?
One year I had to work late on Halloween and was sick. So I went to my neighbor's party and just wore jeans and a t-shirt, and I pinned a stuffed spider to my shoulder and wore a glittery witch's hat. I got so many comments on how cute I looked with no effort at all, lol.

A couple we're friends with were a "cereal" killer once... she wore regular clothes and cut out a box of cheerios and pinned it to her chest (cereal).. he carried a fake knife (killer).

Funny-I actually thought about something like this. How can I be the mistress of that one guy or his ticked off wife?

I had a friend that did this too. He wore fatigues and pinned cut outs fo the mini cereal boxes to his outfit. Very clever.

I usually dress as a disgruntled employee (no costume necessary).
I have considered wearing roller skates & going as a ***** on wheel (again no costume necessary)

If your husband has a big belly he can always wear a cut off tee shirt and write "the fatuation" on his stomach
You know this was my dh's idea I can not take the credit.. He wanted to do it but doesnt have the balls!!!
