Halloween Question....
I don't know if anyone remembers but last year on Halloween it was pretty warm out- in the 70s... I was wondering if there are any costumes out there that aren't so heavy- everything I've seen are fleece and have hoods... my DD runs on the hot side- so I know this will annoy her.
any suggestions on "light" costumes?

Re: Halloween Question....
you could make her a disney princess. I saw Tinker bell, snow white and cinderella. All are relatively light. Save the witch idea for when they are older

Re: Halloween Question....
What I usually do is by a light costume. If it is on the cold side. Just put pj's on under the costume. The colder the day the warmer the pj's. That way they aren't to bulked.

That's a good idea.
I also worried about the range in temps.
We are making homemade costumes and I'll vary the clothing underneath depending upon the weather.

Re: Halloween Question....
There is also Minnie Mouse. In any case, you can just buy tights and a long sleeve warm onsie to go underneath the costume!

I thought of the same thing so I went with Minnie Mouse and a Princess. I have to return one..I'm thinking she'll be the Minnie Mouse.
