halloween + trick or treating?
if you are taking your child trick or treating - do you dress up too?
if so - what are you dressing as?

I'm taking my kids, but, not dressing up.
I usually do a Halloween shirt (Old Navy or Target usually have cute ones) and a pair of jeans.

I take them, but do not dress up.
I have a head band that looks like cat ears I threw on one year. I *might* do that again if the mood strikes me

I am taking them out and ABSOLUTELY dressing up!! I dress up every year!! My DD#1 usually chooses my costumes...this year i will be a scarecrow. Last year i was a clown, year before and M&M...yada yada. I look at it as we don't have too long before we're kinda not cool...at that point I'll still dress up but walk a few steps behind

i think you just nailed my feelings 100%. im still on the fence but since im taking ds trick or treating solo ~ i may go for it so he doesnt feel alone in the costume dept.
