hamburger recipe
What do you guys add to your chop meat when making hamburgers?? Anyone have measurements of ingredients?

I got a good recipe from Weight Watchers. Even DH likes it!
1 pound uncooked 93% lean ground beef 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon table sale 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

I like the McCormicks Hamburger spice and half a diced onion!
McCormicks gives you the formula on the back of the package.

1 egg ½ cup of bread crumbs ½ t salt ½ t pepper 1 t minced garlic Garlic powder Italian seasoning
This is what I do for turkey burgers but you can do the same for hamburgers, too.

i add an onion soup mix packet to the meat before it goes on the grill. Tasty

I use chicken meat and add soy sauce, pineapple juice, bread crumbs & ginger. I also grill pineapple to put on top with mozzarella cheese. They come out so good. I found the recipe in the Sunday paper a while back.

I don't know how it would be with beef, but I make turkey burgers for DH that have minced shallot, red bell pepper, cumin and chili powder and they are really good!
