hanging the comforter on the wall
I love the quilt that goes along with the bedding set and would like to hang it in the nursery. What do you use to hang it as there are no strings or loops to hang it from? Any ideas? TIA

Re: hanging the comforter on the wall
I actually JUST did this today...
I was going to get a quilt rack but unfinished they are around $30 and then I was going to paint it but right now money is tight so for now I just put small finishing nails through the corners to hold it.
It is not on a wall above her crib so I don't think she'll try to pull it down---at least not for now.

Re: hanging the comforter on the wall
I use a wood hanging rod, and "fold" the comforter over it.

We use a quilt rack, DH made it but I've definitely seen them at Michaels or AC Moore that you can finish yourself.
Pottery Barn used to have Quilt Clips - but I only see them on ebay now

Re: hanging the comforter on the wall
AC Moore has quilt racks, unfinished for less than $30. 2 different sizes if I remember correctly. It has a shelf which is nice for displaying objects. We bought one, painted it and it looks great!

I hung a quilt that someone made for Ava with finishing nails. Nothing fancy here.

Re: hanging the comforter on the wall
I was just going through some things in DD's closet, and found the star quilt clips that I bought, but decided not to use. If you'd like them, they're my gift to you. They are yellow stars that attach to the wall and you clip them to the corners of the quilt. FM if you're interested. I'd love for someone to actually use them!
