Happy 3rd Birthday to my baby girl!!!!
My dearest, sweetest baby girl...
Three years ago at this time, my water was breaking and I hadnt even begun to comprehend the ride we were in for! Laboring for over 24 hours..pushing for over 3 to wind up with an emergency c section...and then I FINALLY met my future! I finally met the one little person who would give me more strength than anything else in this entire world. I finally met the reason why I was put on this Earth. I met my first born daughter, my best friend, the reason I breathe.
You have grown into a smart, life loving, always on the go little person. You make me laugh and fill me with pride at every turn. Your stubborness is a direct result of being Noreen and Anthonys daughter..so even when it frustrates me, I cant really complain. You have grown into a kind, caring little girl who loves her family more than anything in this world. You keep me going when I feel like the world is falling apart around me. Each and every day I wake up to another little snippet from you...from things like "Mama, I missed you when I was sleeping" to "Want to play with me right now Mama?"
You take in every little piece of life..and ask questions constantly. You have the energy of ten kids at once and by the end of the day, I am ready to just fall down on the couch and not move for hours...but this energy is what makes up MY LITTLE GIRL..my one of a kind, very own little girl.
Tomorrow at 2:55 in the afternoon, you will officially be 3 years old. I sometimes wonder how that happened? I thought I would be the one to slow down time..to freeze these moments we have together..but since I am only human and wasnt able to do so..I promise to embrace every single second with you..from crazy wild pillow fights to all out tantrums because you dont want to get in your car seat. People say you shouldnt only be defined as "someones Mother"...but this is my MOST important role in life...and I am PROUD to be known as "Megans Mom" because it's who I want to be...and the most important thing in the world to me!!
I love you with all my heart and soul...Happy 3rd Birthday to my "baby girl"...and no matter what, you will ALWAYS be Mommys baby..."always and forever, my baby you will be."
