Happy Birthday NoNo Bear.
Curious, tempestuous, passionate, sensitive, artistic, playful, wild little imp. Always causing some sort of ruckus wherever he goes. This boy who told me the only thing he wants for his birthday is a tribe of monkeys - real monkeys - so he could be their king.
This boy who makes my heart swell with his wicked little grin and devil may care attitude. The little mush who climbs up into my arms and cuddles me whenever I am sad - who tells me he will hold my hand and stay with me all day when I'm an old lady so that I will never be lonely.
This child who frustrates me with his temper, baffles me with his mood swings, agitates me with his hijinks and confounds me with some of the ridiculous things that come flying out of his mouth.
I love him so much and I'm so proud to call this particular newly 8 year old boy my son.
Happy Birthday Noah. You make my heart sing.
