Happy health news
When I began my weight loss journey over a year ago, I went for a physical and found that my cholesterol was borderline high.
Now 25 lbs lighter, I went for another physical this month and got my blood work results in the mail today. My cholesteral is significantly lower!
I am very happy!!!!
