We are using Harbor Care in the new Willis Ave location and so far - it's been great. We also looked at the Herricks location. Let me know if you have specific questions.

Thanks.. I went for the tour at Mahasset today and liked it, just wanted to see if anyone had experience with that location.
One question about food.. They said they provide for infants so I'm guessing it's purees.. Have you used that or just send in your own?

They provide gerber baby food. I like Earth's Best better so we bring that along with milk and puffs. I believe once they get to a certain age, they don't allow you to bring in food - even for birthdays. The exception might be for food allergies.

We just had our orientation at the Mineola location.
They provide Gerber however we will be bringing Earth's Best. When my LO is on regular food full time we will use their menu.

They provide some kind of jarred food (I guess gerber since that is what PPs said!) but I always brought homemade. They also provide some kind of formula, but I brought BM. After 1 yo (or so) they don't allow food from home unless you have a dr's note saying why you need it (e.g. if child has issues swallowing, you might bring in your own purees or whatever). They allow you to bring in birthday food, but it has to be store bought, with ingredients listed (for allergy purposes).
