Has A New Weird, Painful Pain Last Night...

So we spent pretty much the ENTIRE evening walking around Niagara falls (and i mean a LOT of walking - from like 6:00 - midnight). It was very slushy and slippery - i didn't slip until AFTER this pain though...

After a few hours, I get this really weird pain.... If you are standing up...your vagine is a V. At the TOP most part of the V - if you touch there on the left side - THAT muscle there was KILLING ME and i mean - caused me to sit on a FROZEN bench because it hurt so bad, KILLING ME. I tried to squat to stretch it - but i could only get halfway down (it hurt that bad). I sat, stretched out my left leg and turned to the right to try and stretch it - and that helped a TINY bit....but if i leaned towards it - that was MURDER...

Now again, there was a LOT of walking, the day before - we were in Syracuse and did a HUGE uphill walk to get into the Carrier dome and yesterday was a LOT of walking, some uphill too - could i have just 'tweaked' something???

I wound up getting some soda and taking two Tylenol and felt better...but still 'off'....

anyone ever feel this too??? Sorry so long....

those are round ligament pains - totally normal, especially if you overexerted yourself. my OB told me that they are basically the ligaments that hold the uterus in place. as your uterus grows they can be painful.

i got the worst RL pains after a long walk with DH - you just need to relax and take it easy.

YEP-towards the end of my pregnancy I could hardly walk down stairs-I had twins however and there was a LOT of pressure on those ligaments. You do haveto take it easy though-can't od the things you used to do

OMG - that was a round ligament pain????? I have read so much about them - but did not know that they happened near your V....

WOW!!!! That means i just had my first MAJOR pregnancy symptom (i have had insomnia and major congestion, but all that could be chalked up to other things)....

Can I tell you that Dave just woke up and asked me, why the HUGE GRIN???? I feel SO much better knowing what that was....
