Has anyone been to Mim's (Roslyn)
Hi,
We're trying to decide where to go for dinner for my birthday. Mim's looks interesting. Has anyone been there or open to other recommendations.

I've been...I don't think it's that good, but people love it. I find that the portions are HUGE ( I don't like my plate piled like that) and the food just mediocre.

We had our Christmas party for work there 2 years ago and I loved it! The food was really good in my opinion and the desserts were outrageous.

I think it's excellent. DH and I go there and to the one in Syosset.
Never had a bad meal, the drinks are great and I'm usually too full to eat dessert!!

if its in Roslyn...i have been there. i don't remember mim's, but i have been there. all the food in Roslyn in fabulous!

I used to go there for work lunches all the time. It's really good and a nice atmosphere as well! They once had a Billy Joel singer during happy hour that was amazing too!

Ok, we went last night and I loved it. I had pecan crusted tilapia with sweet potatoes and zucchini. Dessert was amazing. Thank goodness birthdays come only once a year!
