Has anyone been to the Great Escape Lodge in Lake George?
We are planning to go at the end of the month with our two daughters (ages 5 and 2). I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for any activities outside of the water park. Did anyone go to the "Fun Spot" that is nearby? Its an odd time since it seems like it will be too warm for the winter outings (skiing and such) and too cold for summer outings (boating)! Any restaurant recommendations?

There is the Village of Lake George. It is just a little north on the same road. There are arcades, Frankensteins Wax museum, stores, Ice Cream and Goodies, etc. Great to walk around. There are also, on the way, a few GREAT mini golf places. There are GoKarts and betting cages close by too.
