Has anyone been to the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa?
I've read that it's really kid-friendly and worth the admission, but I'm curious to hear LIFers experiences.
Looking for something to do for the 3 days we're at MIL's in Tampa.

I have been there once, its a nice zoo...I think they have a petting zoo section and a birdy house where you take in little cups (it was a few years ago when I went) They also have Manatees, which is a big draw. I think its worth going to.
