Has anyone bought furniture from the factories in NC?
I'm looking for good quality bedroom furniture and have yet to find anything locally that falls into that category.
I've heard of people buying factory direct from the high end manufacturers but don't want to get burned.
If you have done this, please share your experience. TY

I don't have any real details - sorry - but my mother did this about 20 years ago and she has beautiful furniture - really gorgeous and she got a great price. Some guys from NC actually drove it up to NY. It worked out really well. No idea who she used though - sorry - just know that a lot of people told her to go that way and it really worked out.

I got my bedroom & dining set from down south. Kincaid is the brand and we went through Carolina Rustica

I've done this for my living room and dining room furniture and saved a ton (probably over a thousand). I bought everything sight unseen! I couldn't find any dining room sets I liked in the stores around here. I had researched, and in some cases seen, the quality of the designers so I knew they were a good brand. I even mixed and matched dining sets. Everything came together beautifully. I had one issue with a manufacturer defect in the dining table. At first, they sent a furniture repairman. Once he came and saw it, he said it was a defect and needed to be replaced. I got a new table top within a few weeks. All in all, a very good experience and I would do it again.

I bought a console table from Wayfair that was manufactured by Carolina Rustica. I love it.

Has anyone bought furniture from the factories in NC?
This was years ago but I purchased my bedroom set and some living room pieces through Furnitureland South. They were great tot work with and I saved a ton of money.

Had a horrible experience with Furniture Land South years ago and would never do it again. They literally delivered 4 different pieces to me for my furniture because each came damaged. It was impossible to get a manager on the phone and it was sooo not worth the savings.
