has anyone changed
their diets/eating habits pre-ttc? i am still on the pill so i haven't made any changes. but i'm just wondering what, if anything anyone has done.

I really want to cut aspartame out of my diet. Its hard though, because I only like diet drinks. But I think I might just start thinking things made with slenda.
Does anyone know if slenda is safe to use while pregnant?

Lurking, not TTC'ing, but answering anyway.
I went cold turkey on all soda & switched to water and took pre-natal vitamins. I did attempt to eat heathier but that was an attempt to lose more weight before I got pregnant.

Just an FYI, my doctor told me Aspartame is fine for pg ladies, he said the moment it hits your tongue, it turns into amino acid (which is in EVERYTHING we eat)
He said to stay away from Saccharin....HTH

I asked my doctor two weeks ago if I should cut this out since I am TTCing next month and he said no splenda was okay.
