Has anyone else NOT received their state tax refund yet?
I'm tired of tackling the mailwoman when she walks up my front stoop.
Am I the only one still waiting for my refund?

Have you checked the status of your refund on the NYS website?
If it is being mailed out -- they would have a date on there if it's happening anytime soon.

I did a long time ago and I believe it said "around April 2nd" - I have to check again now.

we filed in late Feb and were among the group that Paterson held back for over a month, my MIL filed the same way with the same accountant and got hers right away....finally got ours early April. We do direct deposit so it was nice to see in our account.

Def check the website again. I did mine in late March and received it several weeks ago. My friend had someone steal his from the mail and it was a big PITA so you just want to make sure it wasnt mailed and you just didnt receive it ( I hope that's not the case). Good luck

You should have received it by now. We did our taxes in March and already got our return.
Is it possible they are auditing you? That is what happened to us last year. We didnt get a refund and a couple of months later got a letter.

I finally got someone on the phone after waiting for two hours. They think it got lost in the mail and are sending me paperwork so that they can issue me another one. SO annoying.
