My oil burner stopped working, I called at 6pm, still no one has come by to fix it. My house is now 54 degrees, and when i call to ask for an estimated time, they cant give me one and act VERY unprofessional. I am FREEZINGGGGGGGGGGGG. I think i many have to call someone else, we just signed with these people and this is the first time we are calling.
