Has anyone ever dropped one buyer's agent for another?

She isn't exactly our buyer's agent but I am on an email list through an agent that I met where she sends me listings she thinks I may like. The listings are exactly the kind of homes we are looking for so she is doing a good job of editing for us. She called me a a couple of times asking if there was anything that looked interesting to me, etc. I figured it couldn't hurt for her to show us a few houses one afternoon. She took us to 3 houses. The first 2 were vacant. The last one happened to have an open house. I felt that she acted a little unprofessionally. She attempted to lean in & whisper about the other agents, she was extremely loud commenting on the house we were touring. I was really embarrassed by her actions & I could tell the other families touring the open house were annoyed with her as well. I have not signed anything so I am not tied to her but I am on her email list. How do I dump her..meaning what excuse would you use to let her know you won't be signing with her? or would you give her a chance & have a convo with her?

You don't need any excuse - you don't owe her anything

Find an agent you like and unsub from this other agent's list.

I would just walk away but the only thing is she works alot in the neighborhoods that we are looking to buy in so I wouldn't want this to hurt us, kwim?

If you didn't sign anything then there's nothing to do. Just stop seeing houses with her.

ETA: Also, if you didn't sign a contract, you don't have a buyer's agent.
