Has anyone ever filed complaint with NYS Insurance Department?
I have been having a lot of problems with my health insurance and I was wondering if filing complaint actually works? any advice? thanks

I have more than once! It does get addressed and if your company is wrong it will be resolved. I recently submitted a complaint because an insurance company I had in 12-2006 is still "requesting information" on these claims although its been given to them numerous times. I am waiting for a response.
