Has anyone ever heard of NIH Clinical Center......
I was doing some research online and came across their website.
they have clinical trials and offer exams to diagnosis rare diseases.
Was wondering if anyone of you lovely ladies has any experience with them or know someone who has.

Do you mean the NIH, the National Insistutes of Health?
I have a family member who participated in a clinical trial for cancer. From what I remember, basically, you'll get in touch with a specific researcher for a specific trial and find out if you qualify as a participant for that specific trial, then take it from there.
