Has anyone ever ordered anything from Ty's Toy Box?

And if so, did you have as much trouble with their customer service as I'm having??

They boast "the fastest shipping on the web"

I ordered something, standard shipping which says 2-6 days on 9/25

I get an email today saying it shipped on 10/2 and won't arrive until 10/16 via FedEx.

Then you can't speak to anyone on the phone, there is no phone number, only an online chat which always seems to be offline.

The one time I did get to speak to someone they told me I had allow an additional 4 days for personalized items. Meanwhile what I ordered was NOT personalized, but they are telling me that ALL their items are considered personalized and it says that on their website (which it does not). I kept asking to have it SHOWN to me where it says that, and the woman was very rude, told me she wasn't going to argue with me, and disconnected from the session.

I have not been able to get someone back since. I am also told, I cannot return the item because it's considered personalized - which again it's NOT.

I paid via paypal and have already put in a dispute for the charge.

Anyone else use them, and have any issues? I tried doing a search, but nothing came up.

oh wow!

i have only ordered books/dvd's, things like that from them...no clothing.

i'm so sorry that happened - talk about HORRID customer service!
