Has anyone ever participate in "Boot Camp" Fitness?
I was thinking of joining a fitness boot camp because it's like getting personal training at a fraction of the cost. I'd like to get feedback first through from anyone who's ever tried it. Thanks.

Sue (littlejoy06) did Becky's for an entire session
Dawn (lucky) and I joined her for one and it was fun.
I would love to do it again if it were closer! I thought I checked Becky's and she stopped doing Eisenhower Park (which is 20 minutes from me) - do you knwo another?

I think Becky is in Queens now and no longer Eisenhower Park. I loved it too and felt like it kicked my butt into high gear. You could always shoot Becky an e-mail and ask about starting one up for the summer.

bumping b/c this post made me sign up for Suffolk Boot Camp
Tomorrow is the info session. I signed up for 3 days a week, since I have races on monday nights and don't want be tired for those and DH likes to golf in the early morning - so I compromised.

My gym offers a boot camp style class and I love it! It's my favorite class and I definitely see results!

i was running one in the parks by my house for awhile. we always had a blast and everyone kicked butt!
its definitely a fun workout and big groups make the time fly!
