I'm trying it for the first time this year. I'm back to 5th grade reality after a year in 3rd grade. I forgot that 5th graders are more about figuring out what they can get away with, rather than aiming to please. And today was only the first day! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I was going to wait until Thursday to introduce them to the plan, but that sh** is coming out TOMORROW!

YES! If you Above the Line behavior, you can find all sorts of information about it. It sounds effective. How old are your boys? Part of it is having them come up with a "fix it" strategy for unwanted behavior.

My boys are 5 and 10, but my 10 year old has ADHD and Tourettes and is a REAL handful. Even his principal couldnt handle him. He has to go to BOCES thie year. Chat Icon He tells me he really can not control himself. He gets angry and just DOES or SAYS whatever it is without thinking first etc.
