Good/bad/neutral?
ETA: small review
The owner (Rocco/Rocky) came today and DH said he was very, very nice. Took a look at our fireplace chimney and said that it was very clean, so he didn't clean it, and showed DH how to "warm it up" before lighting our first fire. The boiler chimney was very dirty so he cleaned that thoroghly, and replaced our chimney cap (which had blown away). All in all I think we paid $155 - which is less than half of what we were quoted other places.
He also warned us away from two oil service/delivery companies - one of which I had heard awful things about already, and one of which I'd never heard of before so that was nice.

Awesome!! Thanks for the review. We've been using the fireplace non-stop, so we really should have it checked out.
Someone called last week saying they would be in the neighborhood and offering all sorts of free stuff- but I didn't trust it.
(Especially since they called again and started the whole spiel over just 20 minutes after I hung up with them )
