Has anyone ever volunteered for Extreme Makeover Home Edition?
They are working on one out here in RI this week!!
I wanna sign up to be a volunteer, but what can I do? I do not have any kind of building skills....
If they need someone to shop---I am your girl!

Well, I just signed up as a volunteer--I hope I am chosen! I just put that I would love to help out any way possible, even if it means picking up lunch!

I didn't volunteer but went to see the site of the house they did in St. James (on LI). It was really cool to see and there were so many people doing all kinds of jobs!

Yes, I think you know the story by now :)
Hmm...I'm trying to remember how the volunteers got in for the March '05 build...A lot of them knew someone..Do you happen to know anyone who works for the builder? Anyone who is helping partake in this build at all??? Do you have anything you can supply? If not, I'd see if they respond, I'd maybe even go down to the site the first day & offer your services, see what happens- I wish you LOTS OF LUCK, it's an absolutely AMAZING experience.
