Has anyone financed a pool? looking for feedback
I just saw a flyer recently and it's got me thinking. We want to put an inground or at least partial inground but it will be along time before we've got the money for it. I didn't realize you an finance them, duh. Anyway we got an ad for $137 a month and it's really tempting.
If you did, what store/co did you go with? Are you happy? what did you get and for how much if you don't mind me asking. what was the interest rate?

Re: Has anyone financed a pool? looking for feedback
I have never heard of that and really wouldn't do it.
Lets say you decide to do an inground pool. That pool minimum is going to be $20K , probably for something basic. Then lets say down the road, say 3 years you need to move. Now your stuck paying for a pool that your not even living at. It doesn't seem right.
My BIL installs above ground pools and I know he has sunken some of them. I can give you his number if you would like.

thanks Adrianna. If we do an inground pool we're not going anywhere for a very long time though. Does your BIL work for a pool place? I should get his info from you.
