Has anyone had a McDonalds birthday party?

We were there not too long ago, at the Stony Brook one and there was a party going on and DS asked if he could have his party there.

Im considering it.

Do you know whats included? Do they do anything or do the kids just eat, open presents and go?

Any of the Mcdonalds from Commack to Stony Brook have a playplace AND a party room?

I like that SB has the party room, but no play place which is a bummer.

Any feedback from anyone who has had one, or been?

THANKS!

The one in Centereach has a play place. We've gone to a few parties there. They have their own party room but you share the play place with kids that are at McDonlads. From what I understand, it includes the kids meals, a cake and goodie bags.

Is the playplace there clean? This is the one by Nicolls Rd on Middle Country, right? I forgot that one was there! Play places tend to skeeve me out!

I was thinking about the SB one bc there is no play place, but then I dont know what they do the entire time, or if McDs has any kind of games or entertainment?

weird. I was going to suggest McDonalds when we were on the phone last night, then I got distracted with the car incident Chat Icon

I think the place without the play area would be fine to be honest.

Yup on Middle Country Road by Nicolls Road. As clean as a McDonalds playplace can be. lol. I was not skeeved out by it and have brought my DC there a few times.

In Centereach, there were not games but they have the playplace.

Re: Has anyone had a McDonalds birthday party?

ha! I used to host them when I was younger. At my place we'd always reserve an area, decorate it (maybe that was just our place) nicely - I'd get there an hour early for that duty when I knew I was hosting, kids got hamburgers/cheeseburgers/nuggets made to order (aka no onions, just beef etc) and a cake was included. Our playground was open to them but also the general guests too.

I loved those days. So much fun. Unless it was a lot of kids then I got worried or when the parents started to treat me like their personal slave/baby sitter Chat Icon

Re: Has anyone had a McDonalds birthday party?

there is one in Hicksville on 106. They have there own party rooms but you have to use the play area with the other kids..

I think I saw they had a poster with prices.. The deluxe was $250 for 15 kids including bday child and i think 8.95 for every extra kid.

I think it included foos, cake etc..
