Has anyone had Braxton Hicks before 20 weeks?
My stomach has been tightening up for 20 seconds or so at a time. This has been happening probably a few times a day for the past few weeks. Anyone else experience this? It only happens when I am laying down.

yes it happened tome...dr said that i wasnt drinking enough water so drink up!!!

I had that a few times and the doc said it was ligament spasms.

Happens to me when I lay down..started at 14 weeks.
The Dr said that if its happening when laying down its ok. If it were real contractions laying down would STOP them or lessen them not make it happen. She said drink more and move positions, the uterus might be pushing on the bladder and getting irratated.
