Has anyone had or been to a brithday party at White Post Farms?
I know I'm nuts, but I am thinking about having DD's 3rd b-day party there. She just turned 1. I'm thinking ahead bc her b-day would be during their Fall Festival so I would imagine I would have to book it early.
How are the parties there - has anyone been to one?

I was at one, loved it so much, and have already booked DD's 2nd birthday there.
They don't do any parties during the Fall Festival, so you have to book it either before or after. Next year DD's party will be almost 2 weeks after her actual birthday due to their schedule.

I have been there during birthday parties and it looks really cute. I was thinking about do a petting zoo at my house for his 2nd birthday but think I am going to wait to do that theme for his 3rd or 4th. It is $$$ and he won't remember it this little, kwim?

their brochure says they don't do parties during the festival and when I called and asked they definitely said no - it gets way too crowded on the weekends for them to handle parties.

I have been thinking of doing a pony party for DD there but can't decide if I should do that for her second birthday (this coming February) or wait until her third birthday.

That's what I was thinking too. I bet they have grown so much in popularity it was just getting to be too much.

LOL - I emailed them to see about the 2010 dates during the festival, and they indeed do parties during it! I just told DH, and he asked me if they replied with a "Did they respond with yes, the date is open you psycho!"

Exactly what my husband would say!
A bunch of the girls used Lollipop Pony Parties on here. That is who I looked into. My neighbor used them last year and it was great!

Re: Has anyone had or been to a brithday party at White Post Farms?
Not a parent, but my half sister had her bday there. It was late September, and on a Sunday so there was A LOT going on. The kids had pony rides and fed the animals. They had pizza and a cute cake and all the children left with a cowboy hat. I know that it WAS during the festival because people stayed after the party was over because I think they had admission to the festival with the price of the party. It was a VERY cute party!

My sister had my nieces party there a few yrs in a row. Her b-day is in Oct. It was probably one of the best party places I have been too.

We did Ava's 4th B-Day there in July.
They do a great job, and everyone loved it. It was just crazy expensive.

They definately had parties this year during Fall Festival. My friend's friend had her son's party there...they had to pay a bunch extra though to include the fall stuff in the party. Not sure about future years.

keep me posted! I guess I misunderstood them. The only thing that I could find on their website is that the train ride is not available during the Fall Festival .

Re: Has anyone had or been to a brithday party at White Post Farms?
I am having DD's 2nd Bday there in December. The dates do book far in advance. I booked in early summer for December and only had morning options.
I am so excited though. It is in a couple of weeks. I will let you know how it goes.
