Has anyone heard of putting Vicks rub on the bottom of feet
under socks or feetie PJ's to get rid of a cough? I find it hard to believe but a few people have told me this works.

Yes, I have. On the chest and feet. I do it when DS has a cold.

yes I just heard that recently.
vicks rub on the bottom of feet before bed, and coughs are suppressed almost immediately... for children and adults!

I'm going to give it a try. Sarah's had a cough for 3 weeks now, and the ped keeps saying it just has to run it's course.

I did that when Hayley was sick a few weeks ago. I would rub the Vicks on her feet and put socks on her. It helped her breathe better and stopped her cough. I couldn't believe it

I read it on LIF a few days ago and have asked around. Some Mommies on here said it has worked.

I am going to try this too...DS has had a lingering cough for a while now and it wakes him at night.
There are going to be some tiny little people with some interesting smelling feet tomorrow morning.
