Is this for teachers that maintain a special position or it it for regular classroom teachers as well? I have taught in a title I school for 10 years. Would I even be eligible for this? I am certified as a literacy teacher but have only taught regular ed
I believe you can still get reimbursed for literacy/gen Ed, you just get more money for special Ed

Update: It went through!!! They just took $5,000 off my loan.
