nope but i been to one, you can make like a breakfast scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, than make like a lunch meal penne ala vodka or a bbq, we are going to do something like that this year.Chat Icon

I didn't have a Mother's day brunch but we just did our Easter Brunch. W seerved bagel, muffins, croisants, fruit platters, and a breakfast bake and a French Toast bake. If you want the recpes FM me. they are really easy to make and everyone raves about them.

My sis does a Christmas brunch that includes bacon, a scrambled egg w/ cheese dish, baked french toast, home fried potatoes, rolls, danish and a dessert.

I host Mother's Day brunch every year and love it. This was last years menu:

Bagels & Cream Cheese
Fruit Salad served in Martini glasses
Breakfast Sausage
Spinach Portobello Feta Quiche
Corn beef hash
Dutch Apple Pancake
Potato-Onion Tart

Blueberry Crumb Pie

Mimosa
Bloody Mary
Orange Juice
Coffee

We had brunch for easter.

veggie platter
fruit platter
spiral ham
veggies -- green beans, asparagus, potatos
cheddar & broccoli quiche
canadian bacon egg strata
rolls - a few different types

veggies, ham and quiche all came from freshi direct. Chat Icon
