Has anyone ordered from Oldnavy.com?
I just received an order and some of the items are for a present. They don't have tags on the clothes!  I am shipping them to Texas too, so if they don't fit the baby, what is the mom supposed to do?  This is strange, no?

They came in those plastic bags right? I put those in the bottom of the gift box since all the info is on them in case they need to return or exchange them.
Or you can put them in a separate envelope in the box when you send it all and write on the outside that she'll need those for a return or exchange.

No of the clothes come with tags so if and when I have to return something I need my shipping receipt and the bag the item came in.

No tags...they come in the plastic bags that have the "tag" info on them.

I ripped into them. I guess I can just cut out those little tags that were on the bag. I'll send her a note along with it so she doesn't think they're hot items or something. Thank you!!!

I find that some items have a tag, but most don't and are just in the bag. Poor packaging, IMO.
