Has anyone paid for IVF out of pocket & submitted..
to their insurance after? I am wondering what the turn-around time is for reimbursement.

no my insurance would never cover ivf unfortunatley, but did you ever try to apply for a grant? thats what i'm doing now you shouls ask your RE if you qualify

Yes, although I only get $$ back for b/w and sonos
It usually takes a few weeks after my cycle to get the paper work and then another few weeks after its submitted to get the $$$

I am on vacation but on my FIL's pc...
Same as Lisa (since we go to the same place). I have no IVF coverage and got back about $4k last cycle. checks are still coming in and my cycle ended October 10th. Think I might get one more check. Our place actually fills out the claim for us.
Send it in as fast as you can.

Thanks so much for your help I haven't started yet, but wanted to just get an idea. I go to Cornell so I am hoping they will be helpful with the paperwork!

They will send you the forms all filled out...just send them to your ins co!

I paid OOP and then sent to Cigna for reimbursement.
They were very quick. I would say by the next week I had my checks.
