It is not that easy, and if you have to use a sander there is a chance that you can over-sand or even burn the floor....

We did it....it was a lot of work but they came out pretty nice. They are not perfect and around the perimeter of the room could have been done better but we saved a lot of $$$$ and no one really looks that hard at our floors and notices.

Joe redid our floors in the livingroom and hallway. It took a weekend but it turned out pretty good, and saved us TONS of  We'll redo it in a few years but for now you wouldn't know they were not done by a professional. FM and i'll talk to Joe about what he did

Hollie, its very easy...you can rent a sander at HD...call Mike if you have any questions, he'll guide you!
