Has anyone seen a dress like this?
In a store - department or boutique, doesn't matter! I'm the moh in my friends wedding and she's thinking she wants me to have a dress like it with the other girls in chiffon. I don't want to buy anything without us going to see it in person first.

I've been seeing a lot of dresses like this on those deal sites- ideeli, hautelook, ruelala, etc.
ETA: There's also this.
ETAA: Just saw you want to see it in person first.... hmm... Nordstrom had a few things, but they weren't cap sleeves.
ETAA: This is actually where you can buy the dress pictured, but it's out of stock.
