Has anyone seen this video about Obama?

I got this in an e-mail - has anyone seen this video? It's a little long and obviously made by someone who is not voting for Obama, but it brings forth some interesting points. Why won't he put his hand over his heart during the Pledge of Allegiance? And why won't he wear an American flag lapel pin?

This has been posted on here numerous times...and each time it has been disproved as nothing more than propaganda.

Believe 1% of what you see and read and do your own research.

I find Snopes.com is pretty good at debunking a lot of the crap being forwarded around right now.

Don't make yourself look ignorant by taking things at face value. Do your own research from BOTH sides of an issue.

FTR, I did not vote for Obama in the primaries. I don't know who I am voting for in November because it’s not clear who the candidate is yet, but that being said, I think we all need to vote based on the facts. I watched the video posted and found most of it has already been proved false or at least only telling half the story. To find out the truth, I read interviews with the candidates, look at their voting, their stance on issues – For the most part I don’t like ‘mud slinging’.

There are many anti-Obama e-mails/videos going around that are either straight up lies or at least a stretching of the truth.

It really bothers me that people believe this stuff without looking into it (not saying the OP believes it, she was asking about it).

1. Obama has said that his grandfather taught him that during the pledge you put your hand on your heart, and during the national anthem, you sing.

That 'famous' pic of him standing with Hillary where his hand is not on his heart, was during the singing of the national anthem, and if you watch the video, he's singing (I have seen this video). The clip they show in this particular video is too pixilated to see it. There are several videos of him saying the pledge (I have also seen these).

2. The American flag lapel pin thing is true, he has said 'I decided I won't wear that pin on my chest' he says American flag in lapel has become a substitute for 'true patriotism' since 9/11. There was a whole article on it in the Chicago Sun Times that you can read here:

Again, I am not an Obama supporter, just a supporter of facts and doing your own research.
