has anyone taken natelleplus with DHA for prenatals?
My obgyn gave me samples of this vitamin.
there are 2 pills that you are supposed to take per day.
do you take both at the same time? or spread them out?
there are no instructions w/ the starter kit...
if you have taken this vitamin, did you like it?

I didn't take that particular one, but I have taken non prescription prenatals that had a DHA supplement. I swallowed both at the same time. I am now taking a vitamin w/o the supplement. I didn't notice a change one way or the other.
