Has anyone tried Acupuncture?
Just wondering how your experiences were? Also - did your insurance cover it?

have not tried it yet, but it is a $30 copay with my insurance. so I want to try! My SIL does it for her back and says it works wonders for her. I also work with a woman who does it for sinus headachs and says it works great!

Yes, I have used it and it does work. I honestly don't know if it was covered through my insurance when I used it. I started using it at my chiropractor's office after being in a car accident. After the no-fault ended I was still seeing the chiro and getting acupuncture treatments and was only paying my copay. It could have been that my doc never billed my insurance for the acupuncture. I'm not sure.

I did it throughout my entire pregnancy and loved it! I can't wait to start going back. My particular accupuncturist didn't take my insurance so I paid out of pocket.

Yes.. it was a life saver. I got really bad anxiety & panic attacks out of nowhere and refused to take medication for it. I was told to try accupuncture and was a completely different person after a month..
ETA: my insurance did cover part of it. I paid $15 everytime I went..
