Has anyone tried Insanity?
Just curious.
It's not cheap but cheaper than a gym.
It's about an hour a day.
Can it be done every OTHER day?
Will it annoy a downstairs neighbor?

My friend who is a fitness competitor uses it has her cardio in addition to her training program. She loves it. I looked into purchasing it however we have downstairs neighbors and there is a large amount of jumping up and down and I didn't think that would go over well!

I love the infomercials for this!
I did a bootcamp program a few years ago but this looks even more intense. Let us know if you try it
