has anyone tried the epi-no trainer and avoided an episiotomy?
saw some girls talking about the epi-no on the babycenter forum and it looked interesting. has anyone tried it? it's supposed to help you avoid an episiotomy! LINK

Never heard of it... but if I did prior to DS I would've invested the $$ and time... my episiotomy recover was horrid.
