Oh, yes the DC26 I had one for a week. It's a fine vacuum and so light. Tell me about you're flooring though out your home?

It comes with an optional tool for hardwood floors. Now for carpet the width of the beater bar isn't that wide so it's going to take you a longer time to vacuum. But, because of the width is only 8" at the most its great for vacuuming carpeted stairs or your furniture.
