Has RueLaLa ever cancelled anyone else's order?
I am so upset, I ordered Rayban and today i got an email saying they won't be sending them and they have cancelled my order

I would email them first asking what happened to the order. Wait for their response and if it's not satisfactory to you I'd call customer service and ask to speak to a manager. From there see what they do. If they do nothing then ask for some sort of compensation. A credit to your account maybe?

But if your order goes through, then it was THEIR mistake. You should definitely call them and ask for some kind of extra credit to your account. I find that calling is usually the way to go when you have to deal with a company for something.

Definitely call them for a credit!!
My order was delayed because of the snow storms a few weeks back and they gave me a $10 credit
ETA: I didn't have to ask for it- they just emailed me to apologize for the delay and said they were crediting my account.

I called them and they said it was cancelled due to the supplier telling them they had more then they did. I said am I going to be compensated in anyway and they said I will get a refund LOL I could have pushed more but I felt weird
I wonder why they wouldn't credit me, oh well haha

I know this isn't going to make you feel better but Lord & Taylor has the 20% off coupon. They have Ray Bans and you may be able to get them there...sometimes Ruelala's prices are a little higher than the stores.
If the supplier makes a deal with one of these sites, they should def. know how many pieces are in the inventory. But I know how my computer at work is...sometimes it say I have 50 bolts of fabric and I call our warehouse and there are 2. No one took them out of the system...
Try L&T maybe you'll find your sunglasses there!
