I ordered maternity clothes from the Old Navy website. A week later, I got a tracking number for the UPS package. I checked the number today and it was being sent out for delivery. The latest description says that all merchandise is missing, the empty carton was discarded, and UPS will notify the sender re: details of the damage. Chat Icon

I called Old Navy and they're going to send my order again. I'm glad everything was still in stock. I've ordered online plenty of times and nothing like this has ever happened. Just wondering whether anyone has had a similar experience.
