Has this ever happened to anyone (running shoe related)?
I ran on Wednesday, and yesterday I noticed the arch of my left foot hurt. I took it easy and felt better. But today I noticed that I feel the arch support in one of my shoes more than the other and it is uncomfortable in my left foot. So I look at the side of both of my shoes and to me it looks like there is more of a bump in my left shoe arch than my right. Could this be why my foot hurts? Has this happened to anyone? Do I need new sneakers?

I have a pair of sneakers that feel the same way and not sure if it's realated but I bought them to start running and what do you know I fractured my heel. When able to run again I went to a running store and had them help me witht a shoe and haven't had a problem since.

I had arch pain about a month ago and I am pretty sure it was tendonitis. I stretched it out using a golf ball. This type of tendonitis can be caused by wearing flip flops. It took a few days to get better. I ran through it, but slowed down dramatically as it hurt quite a bit, but I wanted to stretch it out.
