Have Chicken breast-need recipe
I have 5 large chicken breasts for dinner waiting in the fridge for tonight and tommorow. I am so sick of the same meals. Got any really worthwhile recipes that will use the chicken? We are open to anything!!

Chicken Madeira is our favorite recipe!
Cheesy Honey Mustard Chicken is a close second.
Angel Chicken - quick, easy and really good!
Smothered Chicken - another favorite of ours.
Crispy Onion Chicken - a tasty spin on regular chicken cutlets.

I made a really easy one off of the back of the Hellman's Mayonaise jar. Do you like or have mayo at home? So easy and tasted great.

Re: Have Chicken breast-need recipe
I've been doing Grilled chicken w/ Salad lately b/c I hate the oven or stove on. But it's the marinade that makes it tasty.
Make a marinade of EVOO, some Red Wine vinegar, worcestire sauce, dab of oregano, S&P, and a TSP of mustard; mix and swirl. It gives the chicken such a good flavor than the usual boring marinades I used to do.
Grill the cutlets; then add to salad. Add a Can of Beans, Cucs, Shaved Carrots, etc. with your favorite dressing!
We are on a Russian kick right now. Ha

Re: Have Chicken breast-need recipe
I've been pinning "Interesting Chicken Recipes" on Pinterest because chicken can get kind of boring.
Maybe one of them would appeal?

Re: Have Chicken breast-need recipe
Try this bad boy out, got it from this board:Katie Couric Lemon Chicken
or this one I got from Swanson Chicken broth carton and its also delish: Swanson Pan Sauteed Chicken and Veggies
The other day I season my boneless chicken breast with salt, pepper, Onion, garlic powder and oregano. Then poured Ranch dressing over it and put it in a Ziploc overnight. The next day, I fried it with Spray butter, cooked on each side for about 4-5 minutes and then poured a little more Light ranch dressing over with shredded Cheddar cheese and coverd so it could melt and cook through.

Re: Have Chicken breast-need recipe
I love to make breaded chicken breasts stuffed with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and drizzle them with balsamic.
