Have you ever had to file an official complaint?
With HR at work? How did it turn out?
Edited: I'm not getting any responses so I took out the story. Just want to know if anyone has filed a complaint...

Yeah, but I didn't really want to. I just wanted to complain to a superior but he said HR had to know.

I have never filed a complaint. Working in HR, I've complaints filed with me.

Yes, I filed a sexual harrassment complaint once. I was called into the office and they took a statement from me. Then like two months later, I got a notice in the mail that my complaint was founded and what action was taken against the person. hth.
