Have you ever reported an item for sale on EBAY?
I just came across an item that I am really sure is fake, I want to report it, have you ever done this?

A good first step might be to contact the seller with your suspicions and see if they would give you a refund before going through Ebay.

its actually not an item that I am considering, I was at first glance then realized its completely fake. She is saying its authentic though. I read the ebay rules on it and it clearly states you can not sell fake bags. there are a few bids on this item too

okay good. I really can't stand that these people do this! I alway do my research before buying anything and know what i am looking for, but its not fair to anyone that is very trusting!

the easiest way to spot a fake is if it says item location is China or Hong Kong
China is the counterfeit capital of the world

Is it selling for a knock-off price or close to the price of an authentic bag?
I would report it if it is selling for a lot. But not if it's a cheap-o one.

even if its listed for cheap, its illegal. i have reported fake items many times - i would definitely do it!!
